Terms: By clicking Submit you agree to the following terms: Celebrate Old Downtown will ensure that overnight security is in place, but will not be liable for losses due to fire, flood, theft or acts of God or anything beyond the control of the festival, it's agents, employees or representatives.

This agreement is subject to acceptance by Celebrate Old Downtown. In the event this application is not accepted, a refund of any deposit will be issued. Celebrate Old Downtown reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time. The participants agree to be bound by the policies, rules and regulations made by Celebrate Old Downtown.

Only products or menu choices mentioned and approved by Celebrate Old Downtown will be allowed to be sold at Queen Street Art Saturdays. No menu, product or price change can be made during the event.

The vendor accepts all risk associated with the use of space and environment. The vendor shall not make any claim or demand or take any legal action against Celebrate Old Downtown or its officers, due to any loss damage or injury however caused during Queen Street Art Saturdays.

Artists are responsible for their own displays. Please bring your own chairs, booths, tents, easels, lights and any other type of display materials used for displaying your work. Limited Hydro locations as will as additional tables, chairs and tents are available with advanced notice on a first come/first serve basis. We ONLY provide the space. Any culinary artists must have compliance and documented proof of and with the health department. Artists must be respectful of other artists space. Any infringement on other artists space and you will be removed from your space and your registration returned.

Festival Guidelines

• Setup times will be Saturdays ( starting September 20th) at 8 am.
• Vendors and Artists set up vehicles must be off Queen Street by 9 am.
• Vendors and Artists must register at the Celebrate Old Downtown office, located at 4481 Queen Street before setting up. the office opens at 8 am.
• Vendors and Artists will be supplied with water/hydro as requested.
• Vendors will have to provide their own watering hoses and extension chords.
• Health forms must be filled and mailed with application. Proof of insurance is also required.
• "Celebrate Old Downtown" has to be named as an additional insurer.
• Vendors should sweep their site to centre of road at the end of each night.
• DO NOT POUR grey water down any city sewers, containers will be provided.
• No Vehicles allowed at booths after set-up.
